There are many foods that we should be avoiding in order to stay healthy and look our best. Being healthy and looking good is a big priority for many of us, especially for the New Year.

The problem is that there are 3 harmful foods in particular, one of which has been banned in many countries, yet still legal here in the U.S. These foods may cause us to gain weight and may actually be harming you from the inside by possibly causing “gut yeast” to be growing inside of your stomach..

These foods have been disguised as “health foods” and could be the cause of why you are not losing weight, no matter what you have tried – diet, exercise, ect.

These foods are in many Americans’ homes and you are most likely consuming them every day.

If you ever feel like you are tired and fatigued from your workouts, or daily life routines, the culprit might be these foods that you are consuming. These foods may affect your everyday life by literally sucking the energy from you.

Some doctors are even calling these 3 things “health killers.” These are foods that you should stop eating right now! They may be harming you from the inside.

Low fat yogurt

Low fat yogurt has been tainted by the media as being healthy.  It has been advertised as a great way to lose weight, but let’s investigate this a little further.  One of the main ingredients in yogurt is RBGH (Recombinant Growth Hormone).  This is an artificial hormone created by Monsanto.

RBGH is given to cows via injection so they grow larger in a short amount of time.  The rationale for giving this hormone to cows is so they will continue producing milk well beyond the time they would naturally be able to do so.  This means the Giant Food Companies are able to get more dairy products on the market and make MORE money as a result.

The problem is RBGH is inside the yogurt you eat.  The side effects of eating this include the following: development of cancer, interrupt hormonal balances, interfere with your reproductive systems, and other harmful health problems.

Wheat Bread

Bread that contains potassium bromate or bromide has been linked to nervous system damage, kidney failure, thyroid problems and even cancer.  The food manufactures that use this ingredient claim that it makes the baking process easier.  This still does not given them the right to DESTROY your health in the process.

Not to mention, bread also contains gluten which damages your health as it has been known to cause Osteoporosis, Neuropathy, Inflammatory bowel disease, Epilepsy, Irritable bowel disease, Migraines, Anemia, Dementia, Cancer, Schizophrenia and Fatigue.

Sodas (and diet sodas)

A big nutrition no-no, these drinks contain absolutely no nutrients that feed your body. Worse, they fill your system with chemicals and sugar that deplete your body of nutrients. A study published in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention stated that drinking just two sodas per week can nearly double a person’s risk of pancreatic cancer.

Dr Joseph Mercola, an American doctor and a New York Times bestselling author, says there are “10 teaspoons of sugar” in just one can of soda and “30 to 55 mg of caffeine, artificial food colours and sulphites”.

Soda also creates acid in the body, which ultimately weakens bones and depletes vital mineral stores. Studies have shown strong associations between diet soda and obesity as well as diabetes. It has been suggested that diet sodas trick the brain into thinking the body is getting sugar, affecting metabolism and prompting cravings for more sugar.

Many food manufacturers market some of these foods as “health foods” and you may be thinking that you are eating healthy, but in reality, you may not be. This may be the furthest from the truth.
