Well, what if I tell you there is a way to do just that? Some diets are just not cut out for everyone, as we are all different people, with different metabolism and blood type.

However, I can certainly say that this diet is one that can help you lose 10 pounds, in just one week. And the best part is, you do not need to starve yourself to get the results you want.

Let’s start with the breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.

Start the day by squeezing one fresh lemon into a glass of cold water. Drink it on an empty stomach, this will help to detox your body from toxins and also kick start your metabolism. Wait about one half an hour after you’ve drink the lemon water for breakfast.

The best time to eat fruit is in the morning when the sugar from fruit can be distributed through your body. For a healthy option consider two oranges, two apples, a large grapefruit, two pears, or anything similar. Add a handful of hazelnuts, almonds or nuts to your breakfast.This provides energy for the day, but also proteins and healthy nutrients that will satisfy your need for hunger.

For your lunch, you can get a slice of meat, be it cooked veal or cooked chicken.

The trick is to avoid bread during your lunch and get two cups of kefir or yogurt with your lunch. Limit your side dish, and avoid creamy salads during lunch. Adding a few veggies is a good side dish for your slice of meat.

Mid-afternoon is a good time for a snack. Instead of going to the vending machine for chips or chocolate for your snack, try a fresh season salad, add just a pinch of salt and some olive oil. Other healthy snacks can be some veggies like cucumber or celery.

Dinner is your last meal. Try to eat your dinner before 6 pm. Your dinner menu is two hard boiled eggs, green salad or cucumber salad with olive oil.

Since your menu before 6 pm consists of proteins and healthy nutrients, you should be fine with just some light evening snacks. Prepare green tea, one liter of water with 4 bags of green tea, and drink it before bedtime. This is a great drink to sip on throughout the evening.

If you can commit to this diet for one week you should be able to lose ten pounds!
